The Dill VS-3600 valve stem is designed specifically for these vans with Dually wheels. It has a hooked shape for easier access when inflating the tires and is made to work with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) wheel cover and 6541 dual seal cap to ensure a proper fit without interfering with the cap or cover.
